Contracts of NOK 30 millions with Bilfinger Berger AG
Ørsta Stål AS Traffic section have come to an agreement with Bilfinger Berger AG regarding contracts for delivery and assembly of bridge parapets for the largest development projects which are currently being carried out in Norway. The agreements amount to NOK 30 millions.
The agreement comprises deliveries to the OPS E 18 Grimstad - Kristiansand project and the E6 Sandesund bridge in Østfold project. OPS E 18 Grimstad - Kristiansand is a project which consists of 60 bridges and the deliveries will start very soon.
The products for the project, which also includes noise barriers, will be delivered with the Combi Coat coating and will be completed in the spring of 2009.
Sandesund bridge is a project where a new bridge, Ny Sandesund bru, (measuring 1500 m) will be built and the old bridge at the side will be renovated. The project consists of 6000 metres of wall edge bridge parapets and will be completed in the autumn of 2008.
